With a focus on warehouse management and a keen eye for detail, you'll oversee operations, personnel, and inbound freight processes in the Receiving area. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise our dedicated Receiving team, providing guidance and training.
- Enforce warehouse standard operating procedures and collaborate with client managers.
- Manage inbound freight processing, address non-conforming situations, and maintain open communication.
- Develop KPIs to measure department productivity and success.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive Receiving environment.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Warehouse Management experience with a focus on Receiving protocols and non-conformities.
- Proficient in Warehouse, Inventory, and Supply Chain Processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Basic computing skills and willingness to learn software applications.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
Experience
Required- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Warehouse, Inventory and Supply Chain Processes Knowledge.
- 5 year(s): Warehouse Management Experience with focus on Receiving Protocols and Non-Conformities.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
